糖尿病人头发糖基化的测定及其临床意义

作者对人头发糖基化(GHair)比色法测定进行了研究,测定了35名正常人和40例糖尿病人的G-Hair,同时对21例NIDDM患者GHair与测定日、1月前、2月前的糖化血红蛋白(GHb)、空腹及餐后2小时血糖平均值进行了相关分析。结果显示糖尿病患者GHair显著高于正常人,并与同时取血测定的GHb呈正相关,与2月前的空腹及餐后2小时血糖平均值也呈正相关。

MEASUREMENT OF GLYCOSYLATED HAIR OF DIABETICS AND ITS CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE

The methodology of colourimetic deter-mination of glycosylated human-hair (GHair)has been studied. The concentration of GHairtaken from proximal 3-4 cm of scalp hairbehind the ear in 35 normal subjects and 40diabetic patients were determined. At thesame time correlation analysis was done onthe values of GHair in 21 cases of NIDDMas to the values of glycosylated hemoglubin(GHb) determined on the same day, oneand two months before and also the meanblood glucose levels during fasting and 2 hafter meal. The results showed that theconcentration of GHair of diabetic patientswas significantly higher than that of normalcontrols (P<0. 001), and positively correla-ted with GHb which was measured on thesame day (r=0.775, P<0.001), and also po-sitively correlated with the mean value offasting blood glucose and blood glucose 2 hafter meal 2 mon ago (r=0.64, P<0.002). This method is non-invasive, accurateand easy to perform.Therefore, measurementof GHair provided a new method for moni-toring diabetic control.
