摘    要:目的:探讨国产VitE乳剂对家兔心肌缺血后再灌注期氧化应激的影响。方法:20只家兔在急性心肌缺血30min后再灌注120min。分别于再灌注前静脉注射国产VitE100mg·kg-1(VE组)和生理盐水对照乳剂(SL组)。结果:给药前、给药后5min和120min,VE组血浆VE浓度分别为0.01±0.002mmol·L-1、0.2±0.04mmol·L-1和0.09±0.02mmol·L-1。再灌注期血浆CuZn-SOD和心肌Mn-SOD活性升高,LPO含量下降,心肌超微结构损伤减轻,收缩带坏死和梗塞范围均显著缩小。结论:国产VitE乳剂能有效抑制氧化应激,对心肌再灌注损伤有较好保护作用。

Effects of native vitamin E emulsion on oxidative stress during myocardial ischemia reperfusion in rabbits
Abstract:AIM: To examine the effects of native vitamin E emulsion on oxidative stress associated with myocardial ischemia reperfusion. METHODS: 20 rabbits subjected to 30 min of acute myocardial ischemia and 120 min of reperfusion received intravenously native vitamin E emulsion 100 mg·kg-1 (VE group) and saline emulsion (SL group) respectively. RESULTS: Before, 5 min and 120 min after administration, VE levels in plasma were 001±0002 mmol·L-1, 02±004 mmol·L-1 and 009±002 mmol·L-1 respectively. Increased plasma CuZn SOD and myocardial tissue Mn SOD activities, decreased myocardial tissue lipidperoxide content, less injured myocardial ultramicroscopic structure, reduced size of contraction band necrosis and infarction were observed in VE group compared with SL group. CONCLUSION: The results suggest that the native vitamin E emulsion has an effective inhibition against oxidative stress and a better protection on myocardial reperfusion injuries.
