| 摘 要： | 组织CO2监测被认为是监测组织灌注的理想指标。舌下张力测定仪是近几年出现的监测组织灌注的新技术，和胃张力测定仪相比，它具有快速简单，临床超前，经济，无血液操作等优点，现综述如下。

| Abstract: | Monitoring tissue PCO2 is regarded as an ideal index of tissue perfusion. Sublingual capnometry has emerged in recent years as a potential alternative to monitoring tissue perfusion. Compared with gastric tonometry, sublingual capnometry is a technically simple, noninvasive ,and inexpensive technology that provides instantaneous information. |
