针刺阻抑和延缓白内障形成的机理研究

目的：研究针刺阻抑和延缓白内障形成的作用机理。方法：应用谷胱甘肽抑制剂(BSO)复制幼鼠早期白内障模型，150只幼鼠随机分为5组对照研究，观察各组治疗前后致障率、白内障晶体、大脑皮层内各抗氧化指标的变化及电镜形态改变。结果：BSO组致障率为94．1％，加乙醇为100．0％，而针刺组致障率下降显著，仅为33．9％，MT及NAC药物组为26．1％，26．3％，对照组为0％。应用肉眼、显微镜观察均显示针刺能保护正常晶体免于药物所致晶体组织形态结构改变和混浊，同时针刺组可使晶体GSH、GSH-Px、SOD及大脑皮层CAT含量上升，NOS含量下降，过高的晶体LPO水平下降，这些作用均与神经内分泌松果体素MT及前体NAC的效应类同，并与肝脏酶谱调节有关。结论：针刺可阻抑各种自由基对晶体的损伤。阻止和预防早期白内障的形成。

Mechanism of acupuncture preventing and delaying cataract formation

Objective To Study on the mechanism of acupunc ture preventing and delaying cataract formation. Methods The early cataract rat model was established by glutathione(GSH) inhibitor, L-buthionin- sulfoximine(BSO). 150 infantile rats were divided into 5 groups and the changes of the cataract-inducing rate, cataract crystalline lens, indexes of antioxidan t ion and form under electron microscope in the cerebral cortex before and after t reatment in the 5 groups were investigated. Results The cataract- inducing rate was 94 1% in the BSO group, 100 0% in the BSO plus alcohol group , 3 3 9% in the acupuncture group, 26 1% in the MT group and 26 3% in the NAC gro up, and 0 in the control group. The observation by naked eye and microscope sho wed that acupuncture could prevent normal crystalline lens from medicine-induci ng changes of morphological structures and turbidity in the crystalline lens, an d also in the acupuncture group, GSH, GSH-Px, SOD in the crystalline lens and C AT in the cerebral cortex increased, NOS decreased, and the higher LPO level in the crystalline lens decreased, which were similar to effects of MT and its pre cursor NAC, and related with regulation of enzymogram in the liver. Conclu sion Acupuncture can prevent injury of crystalline lens induced by free r adicals, and arrest and prevent formation of early cataract.
