鳖甲煎丸化裁对肝癌22荷瘤小鼠抗肿瘤作用的实验研究

目的：研究鳖甲煎丸化裁对肝癌22荷瘤小鼠动物模型肿瘤抑瘤率、T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法：建立肝癌22荷瘤小鼠动物模型，随机分为5组，鳖甲煎丸化裁高剂量组、鳖甲煎丸化裁中剂量组、鳖甲煎丸化裁低剂量组、生理盐水组、正常组。通过测定荷瘤小鼠的瘤重、抑瘤率观察鳖甲煎丸化裁对肿瘤生长的影响；通过对荷瘤小鼠血液中T淋巴细胞亚群的变化来观察鳖甲煎丸化裁对其机体的免疫调节效应；通过对本实验各种指标的观察和研究来讨论鳖甲煎丸化裁高、中、低3个剂量在治疗肝癌22荷瘤小鼠动物模型肿瘤作用中的差异及优劣程度。结果：鳖甲煎丸化裁能使肝癌22荷瘤小鼠的瘤重减小，抑制肿瘤的生长，高、中、低组的平均抑瘤率分别为56．66％、48．11％、40．88％；鳖甲煎丸化裁高、中、低剂量组荷瘤小鼠血液内的CD4百分率、CD4／CD8比值均高于生理盐水组（P〈0．05），尤其中剂量组效果尤为突出；另外，鳖甲煎丸化裁中剂量组对荷瘤小鼠肿瘤包膜完整性控制最好。鳖甲煎丸化裁中剂量是对肝癌抑制及治疗作用的具体、有效、安全的优先剂量。结论：鳖甲煎丸化裁能明显抑制肝癌22荷瘤小鼠肿瘤的生长，其作用机制可能是增强荷瘤小鼠的体液免疫功能和细胞免疫功能。
