摘    要:钙超载是心肌顿抑发生的重要机制。细胞内钙超载激活钙蛋白酶,激活的钙蛋白酶可能通过水解心肌收缩相关蛋白,如肌钙蛋白而在心肌顿抑的发生中起重要作用,肌钙蛋白降解可能是心肌顿抑钙超载机制的重要终末环节。但肌钙蛋白的降解只见于某些动物种类和某些实验方案的心肌顿抑,可能是模型依赖性的。心肌顿抑的具体发病机制仍未完全阐明,它囊括了多因素的发生过程和复杂的细胞内相互作用。本文就肌钙蛋白降解在心肌顿抑发生中的作用简要综述。

Abstract:Calcium overloading has been identified as an important pathogenetic mechanism in myocardial sturming.Some evidence has revealed that calpain activated by the intracellular excessive calcium results in degradation of contractile proteins such as troponin by proteolysis. The troponin degradation could be an eventual significant process and might play a leading role in myocardial stunning. But the troponin degradation most likely contributes to some species and some experimental protocols. Therefore, it might be model-dependent. The precise pathogenesis of myocardial stunning is still not established, in which there are muhifactofial processes and complex intracellular interactions. This article reviews the effect of troponin degradation in myocardial stunning.
