糖尿病前期患者相关危险因素分析

目的 探讨糖尿病前期患者的相关危险因素.方法 本研究选取2010年5月-2013年11月间本院收治的糖尿病前期患者60例作为观察组,随机选取60例体检健康者作为对照组,回顾性分析糖尿病前期患者的相关危险因素.结果 糖尿病前期患者的HbAlc（糖化血红蛋白）、Homa-IR（胰岛素抵抗指数）、BMI（体重指数）、WHR（腰臀比）高于对照组,且P均＜0.05,具有显著性差异;糖尿病前期患者有不同程度的血脂代谢异常和血液黏度的增加;糖尿病前期患者的Homa-IR与BMI、WHR、FINS、TC成一定的正相关.结论 糖尿病前期患者的危险因素包括WHR、FINS、TC异常等,及早的发现危险因素并防治,有助于减少糖尿病的发生率.

Related Risk Factors Analyze of Pre-Diabetes Patients

Objective To investigate the related risk factors of pre-diabetes patients. Methods 60 cases with pre-diabetes from May 2010 to Nov.2013 in our hospital were chosen as the observation group, and 60 cases healthy subjects were randomly chosen as the control group. The related risk factors of pre-diabetes patients was retrospectively analyzed. Results HbAlc, Homa-IR, BMI and WHR of pre-diabetes patients were high than the control group （P〈0.05）, which had obviously differences; the pre-diabetes patients had different degree abnormal lipid metabolism and blood viscosity increased. The Homa -IR of pre-diabetes patients had certain positive correlation with BMI, WHR, FINS and TC. Conclusion The risk factors ofpre-diabetes patients were WHR, FINS and TC abnormal, et al, risk factors were found early and protected, which could reduce the diabetes incidence.
