| 摘 要： | 目的 观察上皮性钙粘素 (E- cadherin)在乳腺导管癌组织中的表达 ,分析其与肿瘤侵袭及腋下淋巴结转移的关系。方法 应用单克隆抗体的 SABC免疫组织化学方法 ,观察 79例乳腺导管癌组织标本中上皮性钙粘素 (E- cad-herin)的表达。结果 上皮性钙粘素 (E- cadherin)在乳腺导管癌细胞中的表达在导管内癌与浸润性导管癌两组间及有无腋下淋巴结转移两组间均无明显差异 (均为 P>0 .0 5 )。结论 上皮性钙粘素 (E- cadherin)在乳腺导管癌癌细胞中的表达与肿瘤的侵袭和淋巴结转移无密切相关性。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the expression of E cadherin in breast ductal carcinoma and to analyze the relationship between the expression and the invasion and oxter lymph node metastasis.Methods SABC immunohistochemistry was used to detect expression of E cadherin in 79 patients with breast ductal carcinoma and 8 normal subjects.Results No significant difference was found either between intraductal carcinoma group and infiltrating duct carcinoma group, or between oxter metastasis group and no oxter metastasis group(P>0.05.Conclusions It was suggested that there was no significant correlationship between expression of E cadherin and the invasion and lymph metastasis of intraductal carcinoma. |
