急性脑梗死患者CRP和DD水平变化及临床意义

目的探究C-反应蛋白（CRP）和D-二聚体（D—dimer，DD）水平与急性脑梗死起病、发展及预后的关系，明确其在治疗急性脑梗死中的临床意义。方法采用全自动生化仪及德国德利曼公司试剂测定78例急性脑梗死患者的CRP和DD水平，用统计学分析其与病情轻重的关系，并与45例正常对照组进行比较。结果急性脑梗死患者的CRP和DD水平明显高于正常组（P〈0．01）；在急性脑梗死患者中，CRP和DD水平也依据病情的轻、中、重程度而表现出差异有显著性（P〈0．01）。结论CRP和DD水平与急性响梗死的发生、发展密切相关，对其的正确测定是判断急性脑梗死患者病情程度及预后情况的有效指标之一。

Study on levels of C-reactive protein and D-dimeride and their clinical significance in acute cerebral infartion patients

Objective To explore the relationships between the levels of C - reactive protein and D - dimeride and the onset ,development and prognosis of acute cerebral infartion arid their significanee in the treatment . Methods To measure the levels of C - reactive protein and D - dimeride in 78 patients with aeate cerelbral infarction with automatic biochemistry analyzer and their relationships with the pathogenetic condition were statistically analyzed , the data were also compared with those in the control group. Results Levels of C -reaetive protein and D - dimeride were significantly higher than those in control group（ P 〈 0.01 ） ; in acute eerebral infarction patients , levels of C -reaetive protein and D - dimeride varied significatly as the pathogenetit conditon varied from being light,medium to severe（ P 〈 0.01 ） . Conclusions Levels of C - reactive protein and D - dimeride are closely related to the onset , developmend and prognosis of cerebral infarction , therefore are helpful in evaluating the pathogenetie condition and the prognosis in cerebral itffaretion patients.
