| 摘 要： | 1989年5月在内蒙呼盟莫尔道嘎林区采集到游离的全沟硬蜱(Ixodes persulcatus)和草原革蜱(Dermacentor nuttalli)。从一组全沟硬蜱(20只)中分离出一株螺旋体,经形态及免疫学初步鉴定,为伯氏疏螺旋体。从而,在病原学上提示,内蒙可能也存在莱姆病自然疫源地。

| Abstract: | An investigation of Lyme disease was carried out in Moerdaoga,Humeng,Inner Mongolia in May, 1989. Astrain of spirechete was isolated through selected BSK medium inoculated with suspension of Ixodes persulcatus.Characteistics of morphology and immunology of the strain spirochete are similar to B31 strain-Bor-relia burgdorferi. The clinical picture of erythema chronicum rnigrans(ECM) were detected in investigated areas. From the results, it is concluded that natural focus of Lyme disease is present in Inner Mongoli-a. |
