硫酸镁联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片佐治新生儿高胆红素血症的疗效观察

目的：探讨硫酸镁联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的疗效。方法：将符合新生儿高胆红素血症诊断的112例新生儿随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用硫酸镁联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗,对两组的疗效进行对比分析。结果：每天检测胆红素值,治疗组胆红素日均下降值及黄疸消退时间均明显优于对照组,P〈0.01。观察期间无任何不良反应。结论：用硫酸镁联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗新生儿高胆红素血症可降低胆红素值,缩短黄疸时间,值得临床应用。

Effect observation of bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets and magnesium sulfate on hyperbilirubinemia of newborn

Objective：To evaluate the effect of bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets and magnesium sulfate in the treatment of hyperbilirubinemia of newborn.Methods：One hundred and twelve cases of hyperbilirubinemia of newborn were randomly divided into treatment group 60 cases and control group 52 cases,the treatment group had magnesium sulfate and bifidobaeterium tetravaccine tablets every day in addition to the conventional treatment in the disease.The effect was ana lyzed in two weeks.Results：The bilirubin value was detected every day.The bilirubin daily drop value and the jaundice subsidise time in the treatment group was obviously better than the control group.There was no adverse reaction in the ob servation period.Conclusion：Bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets and magnesium sulfate in the treatment of hyperbilirubinemia of newborn can obviously reduce the bilirubin value and shorten jaundice time.It is worth of clinic application.
