肝素抗凝血浆用于急诊生化检验的临床研究

目的：探讨肝素抗凝血浆用于急诊生化检验的可行性。方法：测定本院40例患者的血清和肝素抗凝血浆10项急诊生化项目,用Roche Modular PE全自动生化分析仪测定。结果：10项项目中血清和血浆中镁、尿素氮、氯、钙、肌酐、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、淀粉酶的结果基本上一致。钠（Na＋）、葡萄糖差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;而钾存在明显差异（P〈0.01）,血清中钾浓度（Y）和血浆钾浓度（X）的回归方程为Y=1.008X＋0.22,r=0.998。结论：肝素抗凝血浆特别适合于检验上述10项生化急诊项目,报告结果迅速。钾离子在血浆和血清中存在恒定的浓度差（约0.23mmol/L）,应予以纠正。

Clinical research of heparin anticoagulant plasma used in biochemical tests emergency treatment

Objective：To study heparin anticoagulant plasma biochemical tests for the biochemical tests emergency treatment.Methods：40 patients in our hospital were tested the serum and heparin anticoagulant plasma biochemical 10 emergency projects,with Roche Modular PE automatic biochemical analyzed.Results：The results of 10 items in serum and plasma magnesium,urea nitrogen,chloride,calcium,creatinine,alanine aminotransferase,amylase,were basically consistent.Sodium（Na＋）,glucose differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）;and potassium was significantly different（P〈0.01）,serum potassium concentration（Y） and plasma potassium concentration（X） of the regression equation was Y=1.008X＋0.22,r=0.998.Conclusion：Plasma heparin particularly suitable for biochemical testing the 10 emergency projects,report results quickly.Potassium ions present in plasma and serum concentration has difference constant（about 0.23 mmol/L）,should be corrected.
