经鼻气管插管并经口留置胃管的护理体会

目的：探讨经鼻气管插管并经口留置胃管的护理方法,为临床上护理此类患者提供参考。方法：选择2010年1～9月某医院25例经鼻气管插管并经口留置胃管患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,观察护理过程。结果：经鼻气管插管并经口留置胃管十分成功,经精心护理后患者病情明显好转,身体恢复快,最终治愈率为88.0%。结论：经鼻气管插管并经口留置胃管患者对插管及留置胃管有恐惧心理,因此护理相当重要,有利于患者康复,提高生命质量。

Nasal and oral intubation Nursing indwelling gastric tube

Objective：To evaluate the nasal and oral intubation indwelling gastric tube of nursing,care of such patients for clinical reference.Methods：January 2010 to September 2010 in a hospital in 25 cases of nasal and oral endotracheal intubation in patients with indwelling gastric tube retrospective analyzed of clinical data to observe the care process.Results：The nasal and oral tracheal intubation was successful indwelling gastric tube,the intensive care patient＇s condition improved markedly after the body recover faster,and ultimately cure rate of 88.0%.Conclusion：The nasal and oral endotracheal intubation in patients with indwelling stomach tube and indwelling gastric tube of fear,so care is very important,good for patients to recover and improve the quality of life.
