多种血清学指标水平检验在脂肪肝诊断中的应用价值分析

目的：探讨多种血清学指标水平检验在脂肪肝诊断中的应用价值。方法：本院2010年6月～2011年2月对脂肪肝患者50例（观察组）和50例健康体检者（对照组）分别进行多种血清学指标检测,包括血清三酰甘油（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）和天冬氨酸转氨酶（AST）等。结果：观察组TG、TC、ALT、AST明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,两组间HDL-C、LDL-C差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：肝功能与血脂的异常在脂肪肝的发病过程中起着极为重要的作用,因此,及时进行血脂及肝功能检查并观察其指标变化,可作为临床监测脂肪肝的方法之一。

Test a variety of levels of serum markers in the diagnosis of fatty liver value analysis

Objective：To investigate the level of testing a variety of serum markers in the diagnosis of fatty liver value.Methods：From June 2010 to February 2011 50 cases of fatty liver patients（observation group） and 50 healthy subjects（control group） were detected for a variety of serum markers,including serum triglyceride（TG）,total cholesterol（TC）,high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）,low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）,alanine aminotransferase（ALT） and aspartate aminotransferase（AST） and so on.Results：The study group TG,TC,ALT,AST was significantly higher,there was significant difference（P〈0.05）,between the two groups HDL-C,LDL-C difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：The abnormal liver function and blood lipids in the pathogenesis of fatty liver plays an extremely important role,so timely blood lipid and liver function tests and observe the clinical monitoring indicators can be used as one of the methods of fatty liver.
