甲状腺改良Miccoli手术的临床应用研究

目的：分析甲状腺改良Miccoli手术的临床应用情况。方法：选择2005年1月～2010年6月在本院因甲状腺良性疾病而手术治疗患者,病例总数236例,男31例,女205例,术式均为甲状腺腺叶全切或次全切除术。根据采用的手术技术的不同分为3组,治疗组：改良Miccoli手术组;对照组1：传统手术组;对照组2：胸骨前、乳晕径路完全腔镜手术组。比较治疗组、对照组在切口大小、手术时间、术中出血量、并发症、住院时间、住院费用、美容效果、患者满意程度等方面的差异。结果：改良Miccoli手术不增加手术时间、并发症和住院费用,切口小、出血少、美容效果好、患者满意度高。结论：改良Miccoli手术在治疗甲状腺良性疾病上有着较好的疗效,也有很高的术后美容效果,值得推广。

Thyroid surgery improved the clinical application of Miccoli

Objective：To analyze thyroid surgery improved the clinical application of Miccoli.Methods：January 2005 to June 2010 in our hospital because of benign thyroid disease and surgical treatment of cases,the total of 236 cases,male 31 cases,female 205 cases,surgical procedures were the thyroid gland total or subtotal surgery.According to the different surgical techniques used were divided into three groups,treatment groups：modified Miccoli surgery group;group 1：conventional surgery group;group 2：sternum,areola pathway completely laparoscopic surgery group.The treatment group and control group in the incision size,operative time,blood loss,complications,hospital stay,hospital costs,cosmetic results,patient satisfaction and other differences.Results：Improved Miccoli surgery did not increase operative time,complications and hospitalization costs,small incision,less bleeding,better cosmetic results,patient satisfaction was high.Conclusion：The modified Miccoli surgery in the treatment of benign thyroid diseases has a good effect,but also has a high postoperative cosmetic results,it is worth promoting.
