举手止血法在采集动脉血后拔针中的应用研究

目的：分析举手止血法在采集动脉血后拔针中的应用效果,以确认举手止血法的可行性、安全性和有效性。方法：选取2009年9月～2010年9月入本院呼吸内科治疗的经动脉采集血液的80例患者为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,每组40例,观察组采用举手止血法,对照组采用压迫止血法,对比两组的临床效果。结果：相对于常用的压迫止血法,举手止血法在患者皮下淤血、组内平均止血时间、患者满意度等方面均优于压迫止血法,通过操作原理的解释,患者也容易接受。结论：举手止血法比较适用于动脉血采集拔针后的止血治疗,应在临床中加以推广。

Research on the application of raising hand stop bleeding after needle injection in arterial blood collected

Objective：To analyze the feasibility of raiseing hands to stop bleeding after needle injection in arterial blood collected.Methods：Selected 80 patients in my institute from September 2009 to September 2010 for the study,randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group using raising hands to stop bleeding,and control group using pressure to stop bleeding,compared the clinical effects of two groups.Results：Raising hands to stop bleeding in patients with subcutaneous bruising,bleeding time,patients’ satisfaction were better than pressure to stop bleeding,and patients more acceptable.Conclusion：Rasing hands to stop bleeding in arterial blood collection to stop bleeding after needle injection,should be promoted in the clinic.
