不锈钢单环节育器与活性节育环的临床观察对比研究

目的：探讨育龄妇女避孕宫内放置不锈钢单环节育器与活性节育环两种方法的临床效果。方法：针对2008年第一季度来本站要求采取宫内避孕的妇女分别采取宫内放置不锈钢单环节育器（单环组）和活性节育环（活环组）,随机分组,并对两组妇女自愿列入随访研究2年,通过术后副作用、对月经周期的影响、带器妊娠率、脱环率的效果等进行分析。结果：活环组术后副作用小、对月经周期影响小,P〈0.05;带器妊娠率和脱环率明显低,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学的意义。结论：活环组比单环组的避孕效果理想,副作用少,活性节育环具有高效、安全、实用的优点,值得在临床中推广。

The clinical observation of stainless steel single ring IUD and activity IUD

Objective：To study the clinical effect of stainless steel single ring IUD and activity IUD in women of childbearing age.Methods：Women taking intrauterine contraception in 2008 were devided into stainless steel single ring IUD group（single group） and activity IUD group（activity group）,they were flowed up for 2 years,analyzed the postoperative side-effect,influence of the menstruation period,pregnancy rate with control,the rate of removal ring.Results：Living a of wreath as a result the side effect was little and affects to the menstruation period little,P〈0.05;Took the machine gestation rate and took off the wreath rate obviously low,P〈0.05,the meaning that had to statistics to learn.Conclusion：Lives the wreath set birth control result ideal that compares the single wreath set,the side effect is little,living the wreath set to have efficiently,safety,practical advantage,worthy of expand in the clinic.
