1500例液基薄层细胞学检测临床分析

目的：应用TCT技术对妇女宫颈疾病患病情况进行分析,并对TCT技术在宫颈病变诊断中的临床应用价值进行评价。方法：2009年11月～2010年10月对1500例进行妇科普查的女性行液基超薄涂片技术TCT（thinprepcytologytest）检查,结果按不同年龄分4个组进行对照分析。结果：良性细胞学改变的患病率和宫颈上皮内病变患病率〈30岁组最高,高于其他3个年龄组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：TCT技术应用于宫颈疾病细胞学诊断,能明显提高涂片满意率及宫颈异常细胞检出率,减少漏诊率,报告方法客观、准确、详尽,能及早发现宫颈早期病变。

Clinical analysis of 1500 cases of thinprep cytology test

Objective：To analyze application of TCT technology on women cervical disease,and evaluate clinical value of application of TCT technology on women cervical disease.Methods：November 2009 to October 2010,1 500 women for gynecological census were inspected with thinprep cytology tests,examination results of 4 groups by different age were compared.Results：Prevalence and incidence of cervical intraepithelial lesions 〈30 group of benign cytology changes was the highest,which was higher than the other three age groups,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：TCT technology for cytologic diagnosis of cervical disease,can significantly improve satisfaction and cervical smear detection rate of abnormal cells,reduce the rate of misdiagnosis,reporting objective,accurate,detailed,it can early detect the early cervical lesions.
