| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨护理干预对慢性肾病患者饮食治疗依从性的影响。方法：选取本院2007年9月～2010年8月收治的60例慢性肾病患者的临床资料,随机分为对照组（30例）和干预组（30例）,两组患者均进行肾内科基础护理,干预组患者进行饮食护理干预,采用调查问卷的形式,观察两组患者的饮食治疗依从性以及生活质量。结果：干预组患者饮食治疗依从性明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,干预组患者生活质量明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对慢性肾病患者进行系统性饮食护理干预,可以提高患者的生活质量和饮食治疗的依从性。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the influence of nursing intervention treatment on the diet compliance in patients with chronic kidney disease.Methods：60 cases of patients with chronic kidney disease of our hospital from September 2007 to August 2010 were selected randomly as the intervention group（30 cases） and the control group（30 cases）.All pa tients were performed renal medicine basic nursing,in intervention group,the diet nursing intervention were given.Then the observe the diet treatment adherence and the life quality in two groups of patients.Results：There were significantly better in the diet treatment adherence and the life quality in intervention group than that in control group.The differences was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：In patients with chronic kidney disease,systematic diet nursing intervention can improve the quality of life and dietary treatment adherence. |
