快速康复外科理念对下肢骨折手术患者围术期焦虑水平的影响

目的：初步探讨快速康复外科（FTS）理念对下肢骨折手术患者围术期焦虑水平的影响。方法：在FTS理念指导下对62例下肢骨折患者实施FTS治疗，比较治疗前后患者的汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）积分、心率、血压及脉搏变化。结果：患者治疗后的HAMA积分（12.5±8.5）较治疗前（18.4±8.9）显著降低（P＜0.05），焦虑患者明显减少（P＜0.05），心率、血压及脉搏频率与治疗前比较，差异亦有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：FTS理念能有效缓解下肢骨折手术患者围术期的焦虑水平，下调心率、血压及脉搏的异常水平，促进术后康复，具有进一步推广应用的价值。

The influence of the fast track surgery concept on fracture of lower limb patient perioperative anxiety

Objective： To investigate the effect of fast track surgery（FTS） concept on perioperative anxiety on fracture of lower limb patient. Methods： 62 fracture of lower limb patients who received FTS treatment were asked to assess the Hamilton anxiety scale （HAMA） and to test the arterial pressure, heart rate and pulse before and after operation. Results： The HAMA significantly decreased after FTS treatment, and the arterial pressure, heart rate and pulse of these patients were significant difference between preoperation and psotoperation （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： FTS concept can effectively improve on perioperative anxiety of fracture of lower limb patient.
