亚低温对心肺复苏大鼠大脑额叶皮层NMDAR1表达的影响

摘    要:目的探讨亚低温对心肺复苏大鼠大脑额叶皮层NMDAR1表达的影响。方法应用半定量RTPCR方法观察亚低温对心肺复苏大鼠大脑额叶皮层NMDAR1表达的改变。结果亚低温组大鼠大脑额叶皮层NMDAR1mRNA和蛋白质水平表达明显降低,与常温治疗组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论亚低温能够减轻心肺复苏后脑水肿,其机制可能为亚低温通过减少NMDAR1在mRNA和蛋白质水平的表达、降低阳离子通道通透性的作用,而减轻脑水肿的形成,起到治疗心肺复苏后脑水肿的作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of mild hypothermia on NMDAR1 expression in cerebral subcortex after CPR in rats. Methods The expression change of NMDAR1 in cerebral subcortex after CPR was assessed by half-quantity RT-PCR. Results NMDAR1 mRNA expression and protein of cerebral subcortex in mild hypothermia group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Mild hypothermia can decrease positive ion permeability by decreasing the expression of NMDAR1 mRNA and protein level,and thus decrease the cerebral edema. So mild hypothermia can be used to treat cerebral edema after CPR.
