花蕊石中9种无机元素初级形态研究

摘    要:目的:测定中药花蕊石及水煎液中无机元素含量,对花蕊石无机元素的初级形态进行分析。方法:采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定花蕊石中9种无机元素的含量,并进行了初级形态分析。结果:各元素在残渣中的含量均远远超过其在溶液中的含量。元素在原药中含量特征如下MgCaFeKZnMnCu,其中Se,Cu,Mo,K的提取率较高。结论:矿物药元素水煎液提取率和浸留比与植物药相比相对较小,花蕊石中Se,Cu可以认为是该药中作用最大的元素或最特征的元素。
