对"城市社区卫生服务示范区"评估的思考与体会

目的探讨“创建城市社区卫生服务示范区”活动的效果以及当前社区卫生服务发展存在的问题。方法通过明查和暗访相结合,对4个城区的社区卫生服务状况进行检查和评估。结果档案、文件、台账资料相对齐备,但暗访调查显示,在4个区中,居民机构知晓率最高为70·83%,卫生知识知晓率最高为39·17%,机构利用率最高为56·67%,患者综合满意率最高为63·50%。结论各级政府和卫生机构对社区卫生服务重视程度大大提高,但社区卫生服务功能和制度有待进一步完善和落实。

Evaluation on the Model District of Urban Community Health Service

Objective To discuss the effect of project founding the model district of urban community health services,and the current problems in community health services.Methods Public surveys and private inquiries were conducted to examine and estimate the conditions of community health service in four districts.Results The file,document and account material were relatively prepared. But the private inquiries demonstrated that the highest rate of inhabitants' knowledge on the institution was 70.83% in the four districts,the highest rate of inhabitants' knowledge on health was 39.17%,the highest rate of using the institution was 56.67%,and the highest satisfaction rate of the patient was 63.50%.Conclusion All levels of governments and the health organization attach great importance to community health services,but the function and the system of community health services need further perfect and carrying out.
