| 摘 要： | 目的 回顾消化道支架置入术后患者出现的相关临床问题并作总结分析。方法 １３９例消化道梗阻或消化道瘘患者，置入支架后合并疼痛、出血、返流、支架脱落、支架阻塞、支架再狭窄及直肠息肉等，根据不同情况，给予及时治疗。结果 经有效临床处理后，患者总体生活质量改善，卡氏评分平均提高１０.１分；肿瘤患者生存期延长，平均生存期１３个月，最长生存已超过４年。结论 消化道支架置入后，合并症的多少与患者生存期呈正相关，应及时采取适当措施，以减轻患者痛苦，提高生存质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To review and analyze the treatments process in the cases suffered from with the some clinical problems related with installed digestive tract stent.Methods One hundred and thirty-nine cases installed digestive tract stent showed some clinical problems,such as the pain,bleeding of digestive/respire tract,refluxing in stent,fall off stent,stent block,stricture of stent and rectum polyp.According to the various conditions,corresponding treatments were applied.Results The quality of life was improved... |
