| 摘 要： | 目的探讨白血病患者输注浓缩血小扳的效果及时限。观察临床止血效果是否得到改善,提出把握血小板输注的最佳时机,治疗性输注和预防性输注的适应证,分析某些因素对血小板输注效果的影响,为临床提供可靠依据,便于及时合理地进行血小板输注,以取得较好的疗效。方法白血病患者输注浓缩血小板前做血液常规检验,输注后12小时,再次进行血液常规检验。结果白血病患者输注新鲜机采血小板明显高于输注冰冻血小板且差异显著。结论白血病患者应输注机采新鲜血小板,尽量减少冰冻血小板输注的次数和剂量。
