糖尿病合并急性冠脉综合征患者血清esRAGE与CRP的相关研究

摘    要:目的探讨内源性分泌型糖基化代谢终末产物受体(esRAGE)、C反应蛋白(CRP)与2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并急性冠脉综合征(ACS)的关系。方法将研究对象分成3组,用酶联免疫法检测血清esRAGE水平,并检测CRP及其他临床指标。结果糖尿病合并ACS组血清esRAGE较糖尿病合并冠心病组及普通糖尿病组明显降低(P〈0.01),糖尿病合并冠心病组较普通糖尿病组降低(P〈0.01);糖尿病合并ACS组血清CRP较糖尿病合并冠心病组及普通糖尿病组明显增高(P〈0.01),糖尿病合并冠心病组较普通糖尿病组增高(P〈0.01);Pearson相关分析显示esRAGE与CRP负相关。结论esRAGE与T2DM合并ACS密切相关,对糖尿病大血管并发症可能有潜在保护作用,且与ACS的炎症反应密切相关。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the association of endogenous secretory receptor for advanced glycation end products (esRAGE) and C reactive protein (CRP) with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect the serum esRAGE of all the patients which were divided into three groups, other clinical index was also tested. Results Serum esRAGE level was significantly lower in T2DM with ACS than in T2DM with coronary artery disease (CAD) and without CAD (P〈 0.01), and was also significantly lower in T2DM with CAD than in the T2DM without CAD (P〈0.01). Serum CRP level was significantly higher in T2DM with ACS than in T2DM with coronary artery disease (CAD) and without CAD (P〈0.01), and was also significantly higher in T2DM with CAD than in the T2DM without CAD (P〈0.01). Pearson correlation analysis showed the level of serum esRAGE was inversely correlated with the level of CRP. Conclusions esRAGE is strongly associated with ACS in T2DM, and probably is a potential protective factor for diabetes with vascular complication and is closely related to inflammation.
