摘    要:目的观察铁剂纠正老年人缺铁性贫血的效果,为开展老年入缺铁性贫血防治工作提供参考依据。方法招募缺铁性贫血的老年人62例(男性16例,女性46例),年龄60-79岁,每日口服一包铁营养包(主要成分为焦磷酸铁和富马酸亚铁,含元素铁8mg),连续服用6个月,分别于干预前、第3个月、第6个月进行贫血相关指标,血清铁蛋白及C反应蛋白测定观察补铁效果,同时进行膳食调查。结果经过6个月干预,老年人血红蛋白水平由112.5g/L上升至114.4g/L,血红蛋白达标率(32.3%)、红细胞计数、平均红细胞浓度、血清铁蛋白达标率(83.9%)基线调查水平差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。试验期间老年人能量及有关营养素摄取量差异无统计学意义。结论连续6个月每日补充8mg铁能有效改善老年人缺铁性贫血。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of iron supplementation on elderly with iron deficiency anemia (IDA) in order to provide bases for elderly IDA prevention. Methods 62 subjects (16 males, 46 females, age from 60 to 79 years) with IDA were selected. They took a packet of iron nutrition package (mainly composed of ferric pyrophosphate and ferrous fumarate, including 8 mg iron) daily for six months. Anemia relevant indicators, serum ferritin and C-reactive protein were measured in the baseline, third month and sixth month, respectively. Dietary survey was also undergone. Results After six months, mean hemoglobin level of the elderly increased from 112.5 g/L to 114.4 g/L. The rate (32.3 %) of hemoglobin level over 120 g/L or 130 g/L, count of red blood cell, mean cell hemoglobin concentration and the rate (83.9 %) of serum ferritin level over 15 μg/L were significantly higher than the baseline. There was no significant difference in the intake of energy and related nutrients. Conclusion Daily iron supplementation with 8 mg iron for six months has IDA improving effect on elderly with IDA.
