健脾化浊法治疗老年单纯性肥胖临床观察

目的观察健脾化浊法治疗老年单纯性肥胖的临床疗效。方法将76例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组38例，治疗组在对照组相同饮食原则的基础上，口服以健脾化浊、理气化湿立法组方的中药水煎剂，2次Id，200mL／次，治疗共12W，并记录治疗前后的体重指数（BMI）、腰围、血压、总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL-C），比较前后变化。结果治疗组总有效率为86．84％，对照组为57．89％，两者差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）；在降低腰围、TG方面，治疗组均明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论用健脾化浊、理气化湿立法组方治疗单纯性肥胖疗效可靠，从而降低肥胖患者心血管疾病发生的危险因素。

Clinical study on the effect of Jian Pi Hua Zhuo therapy for simple obesity in the elderly patients

Objective to observe the curative effect of Jian Pi Hua Zhuo therapy for simple obesity. Methods 76 patients were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group （38 cases） and control group （38 cases）. The patients in treatment group were treated with medicinal broth of Jian Pi Hua Zhuo and Li Qi Hua Shi therapy 2 times each day, 200 mL per time for 12 weeks, while the control group only were received the same diet as treatment group. The levels of body mass index （BMI）, waist, blood pressure, total cholesterol （TC）, Triglyceride （TG）, low-density lipoproteincholesterol （LDL-C） before and after treatment were recorded. Results Total effective rate of treatment group was much higher than that of control group （86.84% vs57.89%） （P〈0.05）. The effect of treatment group was higher than that of control group for reducing waist and TG （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The effect of Jian Pi Hua Zhuo and Li Qi Hua Shi therapy is inerrable for simple obesity. It can reduce risk factors of cardiovascular disease in the patients with simple obesity.
