异位妊娠药物治疗三种方法的临床疗效观察

目的:寻找一种简单、有效、成功率高、副作用小又不影响生育功能的药物治疗异位妊娠的方法。方法:64例患者分为氨甲蝶呤(MTX)肌注[Ⅰ组],米非司酮口服(Ru486)[Ⅱ组],及米非司酮配伍氨甲蝶呤单次肌肉注射治疗[Ⅲ组]进行比较。结果:Ⅲ组较Ⅰ、Ⅱ两组能明显缩短血绒毛膜促性腺激素(血β-HCG)降至正常范围的时间,减少住院日,提高治疗成功率(P<0.01)。结论:米非司酮配伍氨甲蝶呤治疗异位妊娠具有用量小、疗效高、副作用小等优点,可为临床推广应用。

Comparison of three Methods in the Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy

Objective The objective of comparision is to seek a simple,effective and highly successful pharmacy therapeutic method which doesn't effect the patients` reproductive function in ectopic pregnancy.Methods The methods are that 64 cases were divided into Group Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ.GroupⅠwas treated with Methotrexate injection,Group Ⅱwith Miferistone and Group Ⅲ with the combined above.Results The result is that Group Ⅲ shows great differences in shortening the time of blood β-HCG restoring to normal level,decreasing days in hospital,and raising the successful rate than that in Group Ⅰ and Ⅱ(P<0.01).Conclusion The conclusion is that the combination of Miferistone and Methotrexate in treating ectopic pregnancy is a simple,effective method with highly successful rate and minor positive effect.It can be widely used in treating ectopic pregnancy,especially to those who need to keep the reproductive function.
