摘    要:目的 :观察补益中药对应激小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖的影响。方法 :建立小鼠应激模型。观察菟丝子、川断、女贞子、枸杞子等补益中药对应激小鼠免疫细胞增殖过程中胞浆内Ca2+ 浓度、细胞膜流动性、IL-2 ,IL-2R以及细胞周期的影响。结果 :补益类中药均可增强应激小鼠脾淋巴细胞的增殖功能 ;降低胞浆内Ca2+浓度 ,恢复细胞膜的流动性 ,增强IL-2的活性、提高IL-2R阳性细胞数 ,与应激组比较有显著性差异 (P<0.01)。而四药合用的结果更佳 ,可促进细胞进入DNA合成期 ,减少细胞滞留在G。/G1期 (P<0.01) ,接近正常对照组水平。结论 :补益类中药可调整应激小鼠脾淋巴细胞的增殖功能 ,缓解应激对机体的不利反应。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of tonic herbs on the immune cell proliferation in stressed mice.Methods:A model of stressed mice was built to observe the effect of such tonic herbs as Tusizi,Chuanduan;Nüzhenzi, Gouqizi on the calcium concentration in cytoplasm in the process of immune cell reproduction,as well as on the membrane fluidity of splenetic lymphocytes,IL-2,IL-2R and cell period.Results:The tonic herbs could improve the proliferation ability of spleen lymphocyte in the stressed mice,reduce the calcium concentration,and recover the fluidity of cell membrane.They could also improve the activity of IL-2 and increase the amount of IL 2R cell(P<0.01).The combination of the four tonic herbs proved more effective, facilitating the cell into DNA synthetic period and reducing the retentionperiod in G0/G1( P<0.01).Conclusion:Tonic herbs can modulate the reproductive function of the spleen lymphocyte and relieve the unfavorable response of the stress on the organism.
