综合康复联合神经节苷脂治疗小儿脑性瘫痪的疗效观察

目的探讨综合康复联合神经节苷脂治疗小儿脑性瘫痪的临床疗效。方法将102例脑性瘫痪患儿随机分为观察组（54例）和对照组（48例）,对照组给予综合康复治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予神经节苷脂治疗。结果治疗后两组患儿DQ评分均较之治疗前明显提高（P〈0.05）,但观察组治疗后DQ评分较之对照组提高更明显（P〈0.05）;观察组疗效总有效率为96.3%,明显优于对照组疗效总有效率（79.2%）,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论应用综合康复联合神经节苷脂治疗小儿脑性瘫痪的疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Curative effect observation of general rehabilitation associated with ganglioside on infantile cerebral palsy

Objective To probe into the clinical effect of general rehabilitation associated with ganglioside on infantile cerebral palsy. Methods A total of 102 cerebral palsy infants were divided into the observation group （54 cases） and the control group （48 cases） randomly. The general rehabilitation was made for the control group, and general rehabili- tation associated with ganglioside was used for the observation group. Results DQ scores of two groups of infants after treatment were obviously higher than scores before treatment （P 〈 0.05）. However, the growth of DQ scores of the ob- servation group after treatment was more obvious than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）; The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.3%, which was obviously better than the total effective rate of the control group （79.2%）. The difference between two groups had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of general re- habilitation associated with ganglioside on infantile cerebral palsy is significant, so it is worthy of the clinical promo- tion and application.
