腹腔镜下全子宫切除术临床观察

目的探讨腹腔镜下全子宫切除术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法回顾性分析本院2006年1月～2011年1月收治入院的经确诊的子宫肌瘤的患者200例临床资料,根据治疗方法不同分为两组,治疗组（100例）行腹腔镜下全子宫切除术,对照组（100例）分别行腹式全子宫,比较两组患者术中术后情况。结果两组手术时间、术中出血量、留置引流管、肠功能恢复时间、术后住院时间差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,术后随访15～72个月,腹式组术中,术后发生并发症例数明显多于腹腔镜组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论腹腔镜下全子宫切除术是安全可行的,与传统的开腹手术比较具有手术时间短、术中出血少、恢复快等优点。

The clinical observation of panhysterectomy by laparoscope

Objective To explore the clinical effect of panhysterectomy by laparoscope in the treatment of hysteromy- oma. Methods Clinical data of 200 patients with definite diagnosis of hysteromyoma admitted into our hospital from January 2006 to January 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. They were evenly divided into two groups based on differ- ent therapeutic methods. In treatment group, patients were implemented with panhysterectomy by laparoscope, while in control group, abdominal hysterectomy was applied. Conditions during and after surgery in both groups were compared. Results There were statistical differences in operation time, amount of bleeding during surgery, time of indwelling drainage tube, recovery time of gastrointestinal functions, time for hospitalization after surgery in both groups （P 〈 0.05）. During 15 to 72 month follow-up after surgery, the number of patients in the control group presented with com- plications was larger than that of treatment group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The panhysterectomy by laparoscope is safe and feasible with at advantages of short operation time, little bleeding and rapid recovery compared with conventional abdominal hysterectomy.
