血管内栓塞化疗治疗椎体转移性肿瘤疗效观察

目的探讨血管内栓塞化疗治疗椎体转移性肿瘤的疗效。方法选取2007年1月～2010年6月于本院进行治疗的32例椎体转移性肿瘤患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组（经皮椎体成形术组）16例和观察组（经皮椎体成形术联合血管内栓塞组）16例,将两组患者的治疗总有效率、患者满意率及治疗前、治疗后1、3、6个月的QOL评分进行统计及比较。结果经研究发现,观察组的治疗总有效率及患者满意率高于对照组,治疗后1、3、6个月的QOL评分均高于对照组,P均〈0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论血管内栓塞化疗治疗椎体转移性肿瘤疗效好,配合经皮椎体成形术可显著改善治疗效果,提高患者的生存质量。

Clinical observation on the endovascular embolization in vertebral metastases

Objective To study the effects of endovascular embolization in vertebral metastases. Methods Thrity-two patients with vertebral metastases in our hospital from January 2007 to June 2010 were selected as research object, and they were randomly divided into control group （percutaneous vertebroplasty group） with 16 cases and observation group （percutaneous vertebroplasty combined with endovascular embolization group） with 16 cases, then the total effec- tive rate, patients＇ satisfaction rate and QOL score before and after the treatment at first, third and sixth month of two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The total effective rate and patients＇ satisfaction rate of observation group were both higher than those of control group, QOL score after the treatment at first, third and sixth month were all higher than those of control group, all P 〈 0.05, there were all significant differences between the two groups. Conclu- sion The effects of endovascular embolization in vertebral metastases is better, and it can significantly improve the treatment effective with percutaneous vertebroplasty and the quality of life.
