茵栀黄注射液的内毒素检查法研究

目的：研究内毒素检查法用于茵栀黄注射液的可行性。方法：通过干扰试验，确定茵栀黄注射液对鲎试验是否具有抑制或增强作用，再对3批样品进行检测，结果：茵栀黄注射液稀释40倍，用灵敏度为0．060Eu/ml的鲎试剂检测，与热原检查结果一致，结论：内毒检查法可用于检测茵栀黄注射液中的细胞内毒素。

Research of bacterial endotoxins test in detecting Yinzhihuang injection

Objective:To set up a bacterial endotoxin test (BET)detect Yinzhihuang injection. Mehtods: pretest was performed to show if there was absence of interfering factors in the injection. Then 3 products of companies were tested. Results: Results showed Yinzhihuang injection was an inhibitor,diluting 40 times and using Limulus reagents that sensitivity is 0.060 Eu/ml could eliminate interferance. Tests of 3 products were negative. Conclusion: Limulus reagents could be used to detect bacterial endotoxin of Yinzhihuang injection.
