| 摘 要： | 应用ＥＬＩＳＡ方法检测妇科肿瘤患者血清肿瘤坏死因子（ＴＮＦ），与健康供血者作对照。结果表明：子宫颈癌、子宫内膜癌、子宫肉瘤及良性卵巢囊肿血清ＴＮＦ－α无明显改变；卵巢癌患者血清ＴＮＦ－α明显升高，与卵巢癌临床分期无关，卵巢癌瘤内液ＴＮＦ－α高于血清水平。

| Abstract: | TNF-α levels in sera from patients with gynecological cancers were evaluated by ELISA and compared with those from anonymous healthy donors. The results indicated that patients with cervical and endometrial carcinoma, sarcoma of uterus, and with benign ovarian cysts showed levels of TNF-α similar to those of healthy donors. In contrast, significantly increased levels of TNF-α were found in patients with ovarian carcinoma and with choriocarcinoma, regardless of the stage of disease In the other hand, levels of TNF-α in tumor fluid from patients with ovarian cancer were higher than those in sera. Our study indicated that the evaluation of TNF-α levels in patients with gynecological cancers might provide a new tool for differential diagnosis and prognosis of cancers. |
