| 摘 要： | 目的了解女性阴道炎患者阴道分泌物病原体感染状况。方法采集妇科门诊就诊的阴道炎患者的阴道分泌物，用生理盐水涂片法进行滴虫和假丝酵母菌检测，用唾液酸酶法进行细菌性阴道病（bacterial vaginosis，BV）的快速检测。结果在2084例标本中，共检出滴虫38例，阳性检出率1．8％，假丝酵母菌510例，阳，巨检出率24．5％，BV阳性531例，阳性检出率25．5％。结论对阴道炎患者阴道分泌物同时进行滴虫、假丝酵母菌和BV检测，能更好地反映阴道炎患者的病原体感染状况，可作为青岛地区妇产科门诊患者白带常规的筛查项目。
