海洛因中毒性神经系统损害的临床及影像学特点（附1例报道及文献复习）

目的探讨海洛因中毒所致神经系统损害的发病机制、临床及影像学特点。方法通过1例海洛因中毒性脊髓病患者的临床表现、MRI改变，并结合相关文献进行讨论分析。结果患者有明确的海洛因接触史，临床表现多样，影像学上有特征性表现，即对称性损害双侧大脑半球白质区、小脑、中脑、脑桥、大脑脚、内囊、胼胝体、脊髓及周同神经。结论明确的海洛因接触史及特征的影像学改变可帮助明确海洛因中毒性神经系统损害的诊断。

The neurologic manifestations and MRI findings in heroin abusers

Objective To study the neurologic manifestation and MRI features of heroin abusers.Methods We study the clinical manifestation and MRI images of a case of herion toxic myelopathy and review the medical literature.Results The patient had history of inhaling and injecting herion,diverse manifestation and characteristic imaging lesions which were located symmitrically in the whiter matter of cerebral hemisphere,cerebellum,mesencephalon,pors cerebral peduncle,internal capsule,corpus callosum,spinal cord and peripheral nerve.Conclusions We can make the diagnosis combined the characteristic MRI findings with the history of inhaling or injecting herion.
