| 摘 要： | 目的探讨下肢骨折病人行骨牵引术治疗中的护理措施。方法对2004.4—2007.4骨盆及下肢骨折、脱位的85例病人的心理护理、牵引护理及并发症的预防方法。结果本组病人收到较好的治疗效果,减轻了病人的痛苦,缓解了肌肉紧张度,使骨折得到整复,也为择期手术的病人做好术前准备。结论积极有效的健康教育,细致的病情观察,精心的护理,是取得满意的治疗效果,降低并发症的发生率,提高骨牵引手术成功的重要保证。

| Abstract: | Objective： To discuss skeletal traction nursing care.Methods： The traction care,psychology care and prevention of complication of fracture pelvis＆ leg,dislocation in patients were studied.Results： Most of patients improved,with decreased pain,relieved strain of muscles,and better fracture,and the patients were well prepared for operation.Conclusion： Active instruction of health,careful observation of the conditions of patients ensure satisfied treatment,decrease complication and improved operation of skeletal traction. |
