柴夏和胃方治疗功能性消化不良53例总结

目的:观察柴夏和胃方治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法:将106例本病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各53例,治疗组采用柴夏和胃方治疗,对照组采用马来酸曲美布汀片治疗,主要观察两组上腹部疼痛、食后腹胀、泛酸、早饱、恶心呕吐、纳差等症状的改善情况;两组均以4周为1个疗程,一般观察2个疗程后统计疗效。结果:两组总有效率比较,P<0.05;且治疗组在改善上腹痛、食后饱胀和吐酸等方面也明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:柴夏和胃方治疗功能性消化不良疗效满意。

A Summary on 53 Cases of Functional Dyspepsia Treated by Chaixia Hewei Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical effect on functional dyspepsia treated by Chaixia Hewei decoction.Method:106 cases were randomly divided into 53 cases each in the treatment group and control group.Cases in the treatment group were treated by Chaixia Hewei decoction and cases in the control group treated by diethylmaleate trimebutine.The improvement of epigastric pain,abdominal distention afterfood,pantothen,easy to fill full,nausea and vomiting and poor appetite were observed.As 4 weeks for a course,therapeutic effect was added up after observed for 2 courses.Results:The total effective rate was compared in the two groups(P<0.05).The improvement of epigastric pain,abdominal distention afterfood,pantothen in the treatment group were superior to that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chaixia Hewei decoction was satisfactory for treating functional dyspepsia.
