链脲霉素糖尿病小鼠外周血T淋巴细胞数量和腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能研究

摘    要:采用链脲霉素诱导C_(57)小鼠发生糖尿病并研究在糖尿病状态下,外周血T淋巴细胞数量和腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能。结果显示糖尿病小鼠外周血淋巴细胞数量无明显改变,而T淋巴细胞百分比显著下降;腹腔巨噬细胞体外吞噬酵母菌的能力明显低于正常对照。T淋巴细胞数量减少和巨噬细胞吞噬功能减弱,提示链脲霉素糖尿病小鼠细胞免疫功能低下

Abstract:The peripheral T-lymphocyte number and phagocytic function of peritoneal macro-phages were studied in diabetic C57 mice induced by streptozotocin.. No significant difference in the peripheral lymphcyte number was found, but the percentage of T-lymphocytes quantitated by ANAE staining significantly decreased in diabetic mice. The phagocytic activity of yeasts by peritoneal macrophages was apparently lower in diabetic mice than in normal control. The decrease of T-lymphocytes and depressed phagocytosis of macrophages suggest impaired function of cell-mediated immunity in streptozotocin-induced diabetic mice
