腺性膀胱炎电切术后丝裂霉素与吡柔比星膀胱灌注疗效的Meta分析

目的比较腺性膀胱炎在电切术后,丝裂霉素与吡柔比星膀胱灌注疗效及安全性。方法电子检索Cochrane图书馆、Pubmed、Embase、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、VIP,互联网检索正在进行的试验:CurrentControlled Trials(www.controlled-trials.com)和Clinical Trials(www.ClinicalTrials.gov),及相关会议资料,检索时间截至2012年2月。由2名评价者独立评价并交叉核对纳入研究质量,对同质研究采用RevMan 5.0软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入了11个研究723例患者,Meta分析结果显示尿道电切术+丝裂霉素膀胱灌注与尿道电切术+吡柔比星膀胱灌注在治愈率、有效率、复发率及安全性方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通过循证医学方法分析提示,丝裂霉素与吡柔比星在腺性膀胱炎电切术后膀胱灌注的疗效相似。

The Meta-analysis of the effect of mitomycin and pirarubicin perfusion of the bladder after the transurethral electroresection of cystitis glandularis

Objective To assess the clinical efficacy and safety with pirarubicin and mitomycin C after surgery in cystitis glandularis(CG).Methods The Cochrane Library,PUBMED,EMBASE,CBM,China Academic Journal(CNKI),VIP were searched and data of Current Controlled Trials,clinical trials and information of related meetings were collected.Two reviewers evaluated the quality of included trials independently.The Cochrane Collaboration's software RevMan 5.0 was used for meta-analyses.Results Eleven trials involving 723 CG patients were included.Meta-analyses indicated that transurethral electroresection and mitomycin perfusion of the bladder and the transurethral electroresection and pirarubicin perfusion of the bladder had no statistically significant difference in cure rate,efficient,recurrence rate and security.Conclusion Prompted by evidence-based medicine,mitomycin and pirarubic in perfusion of the bladder had similar efficacy after ransurethral electroresection in CG patients.
