芜湖市2010年病媒生物监测结果与分析

摘    要:目的了解芜湖市病媒生物的种群构成和季节消长,为开展病媒生物防制提供科学依据。方法鼠类监测采用夹夜法;蝇类监测采用笼诱法;蚊类监测采用诱蚊灯法;蟑螂监测采用粘捕法。结果鼠密度为0.43%,小家鼠为优势种,占捕鼠总数的66.67%。中华按蚊是优势蚊种,占捕获总数的30.47%。蚊密度程单峰型,8月蚊密度最高,不同的环境中,牧畜棚蚊密度最高,为20.255只/人工小时。蝇密度是6.55只/笼,包括2科7种,农贸市场环境的蝇密度最高,为10.04只/笼,巨尾阿丽蝇、家蝇为优势蝇,监测期蝇密度呈现单峰型,9月达最高峰;蟑螂平均密度0.51只/张,蟑螂密度高峰期是5月,优势种为德国小蠊,占捕获总数的64.87%,农贸市场蟑螂密度最高。结论基本掌握了芜湖市辖区病媒生物的种群构成及密度动态,提示政府应加强经费投入,确保病媒生物监测工作顺利开展,为今后实施实时病媒生物控制和传染病监测提供科学依据。

Surveillance of disease vector in Wuhu city in 2010

Abstract:Objective To study the species and seasonal activity pattern of disease vectors in Wuhu and provide the scientific basis for the prevention and control of vector-borne diseases.Methods Rodents were captured by trap during night,mosquitoes by mosquito capturing set,flies by cage,and cockroaches by sticking.The time of monitoring disease vectors was from April to November.Results Mouse density was 0.43%,and Mus musculus was the dominant species,accounting for 66.67%.Fly density was 6.55 per cage,including 7 species in 2 families;the highest density of flies was in farmer's market environment,with 10.04 per cage;Aldrichina grahami and Musca domestica were the predominant species;the monitoring period of fly density showed a peak,which was the highest in September;Anopheles sinensis was the predominant species,accounting for 30.47%.Mosquito density showed single peak,and the highest density of mosquito was in August.In different environment,the highest mosquito density was in livestock breeding shed,which was 20.25 per labor hour.The average density of cockroaches was 0.51 per piece with a peak in August;the dominant species was the German cockroach,accounting for 64.87% of total catch,and the farmers market was the highest density of cockroaches.Conclusion The species and seasonal activity pattern of disease vectors in Wuhu were clear.In order to carry out further surveillance and monitoring,the government should ensure the fund.
