壮族城镇居民血脂分布特征研究

目的探讨壮族城镇居民血脂胆固醇(CHO)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(VLDL-C)等五项指标的分布特征。方法对1725例壮族城镇居民血脂五项指标进行测定。用SPSS软件计算其平均数,标准差,众数,峰度系数及其标准误,偏度系数及其标准误,用矩法检验此五项指标值的正态性。绘制正态分布图。结果壮族城镇居民血脂五项指标值分布特征均为尖峭峰,正偏态。不服从正态分布。结论本地区城镇壮族血脂资料五项观察指标均不服从正态分布,其均数不宜用算术平均数,均数之间的比较也不宜用t检验和F检验。

Study on the characters of the distribution of blood lipids in zhuang nationality residents

Objective To study the characters of the distribution of cholesterol(CHO),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C) and very low density lipoprotein(VLDL-C).Methods Five indexes of 1725 zhuang nationality residents were determined.The average,standard deviation,mode,skewness,and its standard error,kourtosis and its standard error were calculated by SPSS soft ware.The normality of these five indexes was tested by moment method.And the normal distribution chart was protracted.Results The characters of the distribution of these five indexes of zhuang nationality residents were aiguilles and akewed positively distribution.They were not belonged to normal distribution.Conclusion The characters of the distribution of these five indexes of zhuang nationality residents were not belonged to normal distribution. Arithmetical average was not suitable for their average.T test and F test were not suitable for the comparison among their averages.
