社区高血压患者的护理干预

目的探讨社区高血压患者的护理干预效果。方法将2007年1月-2008年12月的158例社区高血压患者随机分为观察组（78例）和对照组（80例），仅对观察组实施护理干预。比较2组患者对降压药物的依赖性、发病时需服降压药来控制血压的次数和需住院治疗来控制血压的次数。结果观察组与对照组相比，患者对降压药物的依赖性较小（χ^2=6．18，p〈0．05），发病时需服降压药来控制血压的次数较少（χ^2=15．58，p〈0．01），差别均有统计学意义；2组患者发病时需住院治疗来控制血压次数的差别没有统计学意义（χ^2=2．65，p〉0．05）。结论护理干预有利于降低社区高血压患者对降压药物的依赖性。提高降压药物的治疗效果。

The Nursing Intervention on Patients with Hypertension in Community

Objective：To figure out the effects of the nursing intervention on patients with hypertension in community. Methods： 158 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into two groups,intervention group （n1 =78） and control group （n2=80）. The nursing intervention was only conducted on the patients in the intervention group. The hypotensor dependency,times of having hypotensor which could bring the blood pressure back,and times of going to the hospital because of the hypertension were compared with the two groups. Results：There was no difference between the two groups in the times of going to the hospital because of the hypertension （χ^2=-2.65, p〉0.05）;the hypotensor dependency, times of having hypotensor which could bring the blood pressure back in the intervention group were less than the control group （χ^2=15.58, χ^2=15.58,p〈 0.05）. Conclusion：The nursing intervention could help alleviate the hypotensor dependency and improve the hypotensor＇s effectiveness.
