摘    要:目的:系统研究蜈蚣藻的活性成分。方法:使用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、ODS 和 HPLC 分离、纯化, 根据理化性质和光谱分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果:分离鉴定了 15 个化合物, 分别为 4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯甲醛(1), 4-羟基-3, 5-二甲氧基苯甲醛(2)、3-溴-4, 5-二羟基苯甲醛(3)、2-溴-4, 5-二羟基苯甲醛(4)、3-溴-5-羟基-4-甲氧基苯乙酸(5)、24-羟基-乙烯基-胆甾醇(6)、3-吲哚甲酸(7)、尿嘧啶(8)、尿嘧啶核苷(9)、岩藻甾醇(10)、植醇(11)、邻苯二甲酸二正丁酯(12)、硬脂酸(13)、软脂酸(14)和甘露醇(15)。结论:1~15 均为首次从蜈蚣藻中分离得到。

Abstract:AIM: To study the chemical constituents from Grateloupia filicina. METHODS: The compounds were isolated and purified by repeated column chromatography and their structures were identified by physicochemical and spectral methods, respectively. RESULTS: Fifteen compounds were isolated and identified as 4-hydroxy-3-methoxy benzaldehyde (1), 4-hydroxy-3, 5-dimethoxybenzaldehyde (2), 3-bromo-4, 5-dihydroxybenzylaldehyde (3), 2-bromo-4, 5-dihydroxybenzylaldehyde (4), 3-bromo-5-hydroxy-4-methoxy-phenyl-acetic acid (5), 24-hydroxyl-24-vinylchole- sterol (6), 1H-indole-3-carhoxylic acid (7), uracil (8), 1-(β-D-ribofuranosyl) uracil (9), fucosterol (10), phytol (11), dibutyl-O-phthalate (12), stearic acid (13), palmitic acid (14) and mannitol (15). CONCLUSION: Compounds 1-15 were all isolated from this plant for the first time.
