舟山口岸输入性医学媒介生物监测及防控对策

摘    要:〔目的〕掌握舟山口岸输入性医学媒介生物特征,为制定有效防控措施提供依据。〔方法〕分析舟山口岸2009年入境国际航行船舶截获医学媒介生物种群构成、季节消长、地区来源和船舶携带媒介等情况特征,评估各风险因子危害性,进而提出防控措施和建议。〔结果〕2009年舟山口岸截获143批次8种媒介生物,德国小蠊为主要截获种类,媒介生物的截获没有明显季节消长规律,携带医学媒介生物的船舶以东南亚国家来源为主,修理船携带媒介生物风险高于其他船舶。〔结论〕不同种类与来源地的入境国际航行船舶携带医学媒介生物差别较大,应根据风险因子不同,采取有效措施做好输入性医学媒介生物及相关传染病的监测防治工作。

Abstract:Objective To understand the characteristic of imported medical vectors,and to provide advanced some prevention and control measures.Method The proportion,alteration with season,source of place,status of entry ship at Zhoushan port in 2009 were analyzed,evaluate the hazard of different factors.Result In 2009,there were 143 times of vector captured which can be classifid into 8 kinds.Blattella germanica was the main captured vector,there was no obvious alteration with season of captured vectors,vessels carrying medical vectors were mainly from southeast Asia countries and vessels for repairing had higher risk of carrying medical vectors than other vessels.Conclusion Vessels of different kind and from different place have the different risk of carrying medical vectors.Prevention and control measures of imported medical vectors and surveillance on the related infectious disease should be taken according to different risk factors.
