| 摘 要： | 目的了解贵州省8～10a小学生、20～40a育龄妇女、妊娠3月以上的孕妇、哺乳期妇女、O～2a婴幼儿等5种重点人群碘营养水平。方法对1个城市区和1个农村县进行“点状”调查，检测该5种重点人群盐碘、尿碘和甲状腺肿大率。结果城市点平均每人每天摄入碘盐13．5g，农村点13．2g。城市4种人群(除婴儿组外)盐碘中位数为33．4～35．6mg／kg，碘盐合格率在87％～96％之间，仅哺乳期组人群合格率低于90％。农村4种人群(除婴儿组外)盐碘中位数为32．4～34．9mg／kg，碘盐合格率在93％～99％之间。城市3种人群(除婴儿组和孕妇组外)甲肿率与农村组差异无显著性，只有孕妇组城市明显高于农村。结论城市组五种人群碘营养充足，农村组哺乳期妇女和孕妇组尿碘偏低，需进一步探讨原因。 |
