| 摘 要： | 目的总结老年患者人工髋关节置换术后并发精神障碍的原因及护理对策。方法回顾性分析145例老年患者行人工髋关节置换术后部分并发精神障碍病例的病历资料。结果19例并发精神障碍,发病率为13.1%。经及时治疗与护理,所有病例症状消失。结论老年患者人工髋关节置换术后并发精神障碍的比例较高,年龄与精神障碍的发生密切相关,手术创伤、麻醉、骨水泥反应、低血压、感染、术后水电解质紊乱等均与精神障碍的发生有一定关系在。临床应早期发现并采取积极的应对措施,以保障患者的安全。
