摘    要:目的了解郴州市登革热相关蚊媒密度动态及登革热病毒感染情况、人群抗体水平,为预测登革热(DV)暴发流行提供基础资料,以便及早采取干预措施。方法收集血清学、登革热蚊媒等监测资料并加以分析。结果健康人群血清323份,DV-IgG抗体阳性的16例,总阳性率为4.95%,2008年阳性率为1.26%,2009年阳性率为8.54%;蚊幼监测,各监测点5-10月份平均阳性率均超过5%,成蚊监测,2008年白蚊伊蚊密度为0.09只/h,2009年为0.45只/h,媒介孳生地调查仅发现白纹伊蚊,未发现埃及伊蚊。结论登革热在郴州市部分地区仍存在登革热流行的危险性,需要采取切实有效的预防控制措施,以防止登革热的局部暴发流行。

Analysis on Results of Monitoring Dengue Fever and Investigation on Dengue Vector in Chenzhou City from 2008 to 2009

Abstract:Objective To investigate the situation of dengue fever,the antibody level of the population,and the density of vectors in Chenzhou,and to provide the reference for preventing the epidemic dengue fever and timely adopting intervention measures.Methods Different monitoring data,such as serum-monitoring data and monitoring data of Aedes vectors of dengue fever were collected and analyzed.Results Among 323 healthy individuals,16 were tested positive for anti-Dengue IgG,with a total positive rate of 4.95%.The positive rates in 2008 and 2009 were 1.26% and 8.54%,respectively.The average positive rates of infant Aedes from May to October were all over 5%.The density of adult Aedes was 0.09 per person hour in 2008.The density of adult Aedes was 0.45 per person hour in 2009.Vector surveillance only found Aedes albopictus but no Aedes aegypti.Conclusions There are natural,social and environmental conditions favorable for the prevalence of dengue fever and the population generally susceptible to dengue fever in Chenzhou.Thus effective measures including patriotic public health movement and clearance of Aedes mosquito-breeding sites should be carried out to control the prevalence of dengue fever.
