| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胫骨平台骨折手术内固定治疗方法及疗效.方法:对81例胫骨平台骨折患者行切开复位内固定治疗.结果:所有患者骨折均骨性愈合,2例感染,4例内固定松动或断裂.结论:对存在移位的胫骨平台骨折应采用切开复位内固定术.准确的复位,可靠的内固定,适时早期的功能锻炼是获得满意疗效的关键.

| Abstract: | Objective:To research the operative methods and curative effect of the tibical plateau fracture.Methods:81 cases of the tibical plateau fracture were treated with open reduction and internal fixation.Results:All the fractures healed well,2 cases showed infection,4 cases showed loosening or breaked of the internal fixators.Conclusion:Open reduction and internal fixation are suitable for all types with have a obviously displaced fragment of the coronoid process.Exact replacement,reliable fixation and timely early exercises are the key ways of obtaining satisfactory trearment outcome. |
